Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards provided by Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed though a secure payment system that uses the latest SSL encryption technology. Your personal details are not seen or stored by us and will remain safe and secure. Upon finalising your payment, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and a payment receipt will be attached as a downloadable PDF.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. We offer a change of mind policy where you can return your items for a refund. The items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them and must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We do not cover postage costs for returning your items to us, and any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Our products are shipped from Australia using international carriers. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 8-12 business days. You will receive tracking information soon after we’ve shipped your order. If your order is over $1000, you will need to pay duty and GST plus the IETF and MPI levy when the goods arrive in New Zealand. Use the NZ government’s duty and GST calculator to estimate this.
